Become a professional coach with “the keys to coaching”, a complete and certified training program
Our “Keys to Coaching” training course is Level 2 accredited by ICF which leads to becoming a coach at an ACC or PCC level of the International Coaching Federation.
This program is Coaching Ways UAE’s most comprehensive training, designed to integrate the coaching posture (mindset) into your practice and help you understand the social issues and collective dimensions of coaching. Thanks to our holistic approach and active and inclusive pedagogy, you will learn to master the key elements of coaching and feel confident and secure in your practice.

Our deeply rooted values of accountability, transparency and ethics are reflected in the dynamics of our training groups. THE ICF COACHING CERTIFICATION IS AN INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION ISSUED BY THE INTERNATIONAL COACHING FEDERATION (ICF)
ICF is the world’s largest coaching federation in terms of membership.
A guarantee of professionalism, it validates the acquisition of the eight ICF Core Competencies and distinguishes 3 levels of expertise:
which corresponds to the validation of Level 1 or Level 2 accredited training, at an ACC level observed according to the ICF reference system and 100 hours of practice
which corresponds to the validation of Level 2 accredited training, at an ACC or PCC level observed according to the ICF reference system and 500 hours of practice
which corresponds to the validation of an accredited training observed between peers, and 2500 hours of practice
Note that the final validation of the certification is provided by ICF following the ICF Credentialing Exam which must be carried out online in order to validate your level of knowledge on the eight ICF Core Competencies.
