Our school is known not only for its professionalism and its distinctive teaching methods, but above all for its commitment to human values, benevolence, humility, responsibility, transparency and ethics.
Our vision is to train professional coaches who are familiar with the principles of coaching at an international level, based on the 8 ICF Core Competencies so that they can implement coaching in a profound, effective, professional and above all in an ethical manner.
Our training programs are based on a process of change and transformation by following a path of growth and self-discovery.
At Coaching Ways we go beyond training, we live and breathe “coaching” so that as professional coaches we can touch the lives of our clients through this process.
The educational content of Coaching Ways is introduced and presented worldwide under the title Integrated Educational Process or IAP (Integral Accompaniment Program). This method goes beyond a mere educational content and has been proposed as a transformational process. Integrity and coherence are considered the most important and central values of this educational process. The entire educational path is organized and planned as a “mega-coaching” experience.
Our approach is based on the Integral Vision derived from the theories of Ken Wilber.
OUR TRAINING APPROACH IS SUPPORTED BY KEN WILBER’S INTEGRAL VISION
The process of coaching education based on an Integral Vision is an effective and thorough way to get to know and understand ourselves and others better, so that we can interact and cooperate with each other in a beneficial way and according to our abilities. This approach is very compatible with the coaching approach and helps to discover and develop potential in the best possible way.
Participants learn knowledge, technique (tools, theories, models) and interpersonal skills based on the integral vision formulated by Ken Wilber. This vision has 4 areas:
