Our “Keys to Coaching” training course is Level 2 accredited by ICF which leads to becoming a coach at an ACC or PCC level of the International Coaching Federation.

This program is Coaching Ways UAE’s most comprehensive training, designed to integrate the coaching posture (mindset) into your practice and help you understand the social issues and collective dimensions of coaching. Thanks to our holistic approach and active and inclusive pedagogy, you will learn to master the key elements of coaching and feel confident and secure in your practice.

The Educational Method

The Coaching Ways program is designed to be experienced as a transformational process, along with developing active listening skills and learning the art of asking questions. To achieve this, professional and unique tools developed by the founder of Coaching Ways and his training committee are used throughout the training process. Our program is the only program based on the Integral Vision of philosopher Ken Wilber that provides a rich systemic understanding of the different perspectives of human beings in the world. Our program enables the formation of the coaching posture (life coach, business coach) in "being" and "knowing" both on an individual and collective level. What makes our training unique and different from others is the mixed method of practice and theory that allows you to learn and internalize this new attitude in a unique, innovative and efficient way. We use tools such as TA, NLP or the Systematic Approach. Considering that the ideal attitude of a coach is to continuously learn, participants are encouraged to choose the most suitable specialties for them according to their profile and interests.

CERTIFICATIONS & ACCREDITATIONS

THE ICF COACHING CERTIFICATION IS AN INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION ISSUED BY THE INTERNATIONAL COACHING FEDERATION (ICF)

ICF is the world’s largest coaching federation in terms of membership.  

A guarantee of professionalism, it validates the acquisition of the eight ICF Core Competencies and distinguishes  3 levels of expertise:

Associate Certified Coach (ACC)

which corresponds to the validation of Level 1 or Level 2 accredited training, at an ACC level observed according to the ICF reference system and 100 hours of practice

Professional Certified Coach (PCC)

which corresponds to the validation of Level 2 accredited training, at an ACC or PCC level observed according to the ICF reference system and 500 hours of practice

Master Certified Coach (MCC)

which corresponds to the validation of an accredited training observed between peers, and 2500 hours of practice

Note that the final validation of the certification is provided by ICF following the ICF Credentialing Exam which must be carried out online in order to validate your level of knowledge on the eight ICF Core Competencies.
